TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEXUSPAY USERS.

Your Mexuspay membership is governed by the terms and conditions listed below.Members acknowledge that they have read and comprehended this agreement and agree to adhere by Mexuspay’s Terms & Conditions.

Member should note that the Terms and Conditions maybe subjected to revision without prior notice therefore Members should read the Terms and Condition as often as they can. Acceptance of the change would be implied by continued involvement. Please do not register to become a member of Mexuspay unless you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Participation Conditions

To participate, members must be at least 18 years old and above.

For their registration, members must supply Mexuspay with accurate and up-to-date information.

Members are not permitted to participate.

(i)Using a name that belongs to someone else without their permission.

(ii)Activate several accounts or have multiple accounts.

(iii) Delegate a referral assignment and receive an Affiliate commission without having to complete it.

Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership status by acting in violation of the Terms and Conditions, as any breach may result in the member's account being permanently closed.

No Refund Policy:

Mexuspay will not refund any of her members after they have purchased a package. Please keep in mind that by choosing one of our investment packages, you are agreeing to the NON REFUND POLICY. In the event of a dispute resulting from Mexuspay’s transactional relationship with its members, the matter will be referred to an arbitrary negotiator first. We hope you will choose to commit your funds to us. We are looking forward to working with you. If a member accepts the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, he or she fully acknowledges that use of this service is at the member's own risk. This Agreement is the whole agreement between Member and Mexuspay, and it replaces any earlier agreements between the parties on the subject matter herein. Join us on the journey to success.
